  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in buffalo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl combine cooked rice, shredded cheese, and diced green onions.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add a scoop of beef mixture and a scoop of rice mixture, then roll tightly.

Notes
