- 3 cloves garlic

- 1 cup (240 ml) buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.,Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté onion until translucent, add garlic and cook briefly.,Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.,Stir in buffalo sauce, chicken broth, heavy cream, and butter; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.,Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, then stir in mozzarella and blue cheese until melted.,Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
